Order Processing Times

All normal orders will be fulfilled within 5 business days of purchase.  Special orders may take longer to fulfill and will be communicated when the order is placed.  If your order has not shipped within the specified time, please contact us at turtleexpression@outlook.com.  

 

Shipping Method and Rates

You may choose from standard delivery (3 or 4 business days) or economy delivery (5 to 8 business days).  For orders under 5 lbs., standard rate is $9.99 and economy rate is $4.99.  For orders over 5 lbs., standard rate is $19.99 and economy rate is $9.99.  For all orders over $100, we offer free economy delivery.  You will select your preferred shipping method at checkout, and shipping rate will be applied to your order.
